BASF Expands Its Polymer Dispersion Capacity in Merak, Indonesia As Demand Increases

BASF expands its polymer dispersion capacity at the production site in Merak, Indonesia. This expansion is in line with the growing trend of high quality packaging in ASEAN. Bir Darbar Mehta, Senior Vice President Dispersions Asia Pacific BASF, stated this expansion will strengthen the supply to meet the increasing demand of acrylic and styrene-butadiene dispersion in Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand markets. It also shows BASF commitment to improve regional production to meet the increasing consumer demand.
