Socialization on the Implementation of Latest ATIGA Provisions

On 31 May 2022, EuroCham was invited to attend a socialization event on the latest ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) regulation, Minister of Finance Regulation No. 81/PMK.04/2022 on Amendments to Minister of Finance Regulation No. 131/PMK.04/2020. This regulation noted some changes on the Operational Certification Procedure, the Certificate of Origin Form D, and others. The regulation takes effect on 1 May 2022 with a transition period for old COOs with new OCP until 31 October 2022. The overall discussion was led by Gusmiadirrahman, (Head of Sub Directorate at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise of the Ministry of Finance).
