EuroCham Strategy Meeting and Team Building

EuroCham Secretariat Staffs, Executive Board, and Heads of the Working Group jointly met to discuss strategy for future activities and programs. The strategy meeting identified some objectives, namely to articulate directions post the EU Funded ICI+ Project and assess governance as well as work programs to achieve EuroCham priorities. The meeting decided some follow ups to be taken to enhance the core message communication as well as engagement with all relevant stakeholders. The meeting was followed the next day with a team building activities for the EuroCham Secretariat Staffs, aimed to strengthen the foundation of an efficient team. The series of activities took place on 5-6 July 2019.
