Joint Efforts with US-ABC: Meeting with Director of Technical Customs

EuroCham with the US-Asean Business Council recently met with Mr. Fajar Doni, the Director for Technical Customs to discuss the implementation of the Minister of Finance Regulation Number 182/PMK.04/2016 on the Importation of Consigned Goods. Organized on 4 December 2017, the meeting discussed the current of lead time for import clearance at airports. During the meeting Mr. Fajar Doni shared regulatory updates including on the issuance of Minister of Finance Regulation No. 158/2017 on Cargo Manifest, and Regulation No. 155/2017 on Revision to Customs Notification.
