Few representatives from EuroCham and the Indonesia Freight Forwarding Association (ALFI) visited the Directorate of Technical Customs at the Customs Main Office. Organized on 27 April 2018, the representatives met Mr. Anju Gultom (Head of Import Section) and discussed observations regarding the main changes introduced by the Minister of Finance Regulation No. 158/PMK.04/2017 on Procedures of Delivery of Inward Notices, Inward Manifests and Outward Manifests of Transportation Mean. Formal submission of inputs will be submitted to the Customs regarding the implementation.

On 23 April 2018 Eurocham Energy Working Group was invited to Seminar on Swedish Solution for Indonesian’s Smart Grid, organized in collaboration by Swedish Energy Agency with Smart Grid Indonesia Initiative (PJCI).

The seminar aims to bring together Swedish companies with local stakeholders and learn more about the energy needs and challenges facing Indonesia, and potentially find local partners and distributors for their innovative energy solutions.
